What is Stillpoint Wellness? 

Stillpoint Wellness is one of the Valley’s most comprehensive wellness centers that brings together advanced therapeutic services in beautifully designed, private, purpose-built suites. Our offerings include hyperbaric oxygen therapy, red light therapy, halotherapy (salt therapy), cold plunge, traditional sauna, massage, facials, and a full Movement Studio with yoga, Pilates, barre, mommy-and-me classes, and more.

Do I need a reservation?

Reservations are recommended for all services to ensure availability. However, drop-in sessions may be available across the board depending on the day’s schedule.

How can I make a reservation?

Easy! You can make a reservation for any of our amazing suites, studios, or classes in our right here on our website! 

What forms of payment do you take?

We take credit card, digital payments, and cash.

How does the buddy pass work?

Members enjoy exclusive access to our $15 Buddy Pass, allowing them to bring a friend to the Contrast Suite, Salt Studio, Radiance Suite, or Movement Studio for a deeply discounted session. It’s an easy way to share the Stillpoint experience, introduce loved ones to restorative wellness, and make your sessions even more meaningful.

What is your cancellation policy?

8 hours advance notice is required to avoid charge in full for the experience booked.

Do you accept insurance?

Most services are not covered by insurance, but we can provide receipts for HSA/FSA reimbursement upon request. It is the client’s sole responsibility to verify the applicability and appropriateness of each service before submitting to their insurance. 

How do you maintain cleanliness?

We hate germs as much as you do. All suites, studios, and equipment are sanitized between clients. We follow strict hygiene and safety protocols.
