Reservations are recommended for all services to ensure availability. However, drop-in sessions may be available across the board depending on the day’s schedule.

For all Classes and Services (except massage) 4 hours advance notice is required to avoid charge in full for the experience booked.
For Massage Services we require at least 24 hour notice for a scheduled session. Less then 24 hours the client will be charged ½ price of service. A No Show or cancellation within 12 hours results in a charge of the full price of the services.

Most services are not covered by insurance, but we can provide receipts for HSA/FSA reimbursement upon request. It is the client’s sole responsibility to verify the applicability and appropriateness of each service before submitting to their insurance.

We hate germs as much as you do. All suites, studios, and equipment are sanitized between clients. We follow strict hygiene and safety protocols.
